| Content/program | Somersaults, twists, handstands, etc. On Tuesdays, various jumps are learned and practised from the 1-metre and 3-metre boards in the Neufeld indoor pool. Both beginners and advanced are welcome. Thanks to individual support, we pay attention to your goals and your learning speed.
