| Content/program | In this course we are deepening and refining personal rowing skills. In the course we use different boats. The participants learn to independently handle the boats and other material. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Completed basic course or equivalent rowing skills. Participants must be able to swim 300 metres at a time without difficulty. |

Showers are available on site. |
