This course refines and develops your cross-country skiing skills. The lessons last 2-3 hours. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by e-mail before the course. We will probably go to the Gantrisch area. If the snow conditions make this impossible, we will look for another area. The journey is usually made individually and is always coordinated with a public transport connection. From time to time we travel by minibus. The cost of travelling by public transport is borne by the participants. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Good knowledge of skating technique; you can use the basic techniques (1-1, 1-2, asymmetrical skate step) and are conditionally fit to skate 30-45 minutes without a break! The course is not a beginner course! |
