Content/program The programme mainly takes the form of circuit training on a variety of strength and cardio equipment. The training is supplemented by coordination exercises. The focus is on targeted and holistic muscle strengthening, taking individual requirements into account. Optimal support during training is guaranteed.
Prerequisites for attendance This training is aimed at persons who are 35 years or older.
