| Content/program | During the first four course evenings, the boat tour and the
Practiced paddling technique. On the last evening of the course there is a trip on the Aare
with a light current on the program. Participants who do not fully complete the training on the lake, risk not being admitted on the river. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Swim 300 meters without a swimming aid. |

| Equipment | p>Sneakers (which can get wet) or neoprene shoes, synthetic
(Thermal) T-shirt, bathing suit/pants, bath towel, gym bag or sack for
transporting the (wet) clothes. Glasses wearers: Elastic for the
Goggles or sports lenses.
