Content/program | In water fitness, many muscle groups are trained and the cardiovascular system is stressed. The musculoskeletal system is not subjected to hard impacts or other undesirable stresses. Everyone can improve their performance level in these training sessions. Water fitness is suitable both as regeneration after injuries and as holistic body training taking into account many fitness factors. The training takes place in the learn-to-swim pool in shallow water. The muscles are strengthened by the resistance of the water with and without equipment. Endurance is trained with running exercises and coordination is challenged with varied exercises. The training is concluded with a cool-down and stretching part. |
