Volleyball match.

The 6-6 game system without specialisation with penetration 1 (5 attackers / 1 setter) is applied and automated.

You already have an intermediate to advanced level or perhaps even a competition level.

You can correctly execute the technical/tactical core elements (position to the ball, approach, ball contact, impulse/stroke movement, court position, etc.) when serving, receiving, setting, attacking and defending. You can play the ball in a controlled and precise manner from simple and more challenging positions (at least 7 of 10 times), enabling your team-mates to attack in a targeted manner.

You already have previous knowledge of the 6-6 game system without specialisation with penetration 1 (5 attackers/ 1 setter).
