| Content/program | "Padel paddle event" 5 p.m.: Meeting point at the Wohlensee boathouse. 5-8 p.m.: Sporting part with sea kayaking and padel tennis Two groups are formed: one group paddles first in a sea kayak, the other group plays padel tennis. The groups then switch sports. Afterwards, Unisport will be providing a picnic (inkl. drinks) on site. If the event has to be cancelled or postponed, you will be contacted by Unisport by e-mail. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Sea kayak: Swim 300 meters without a swimming aid. No paddling skills required. Padel tennis: You need prior experience with racket sports. You are able to hit a few shots back and forth with a racket. |

| Equipment | Sea Kayak: Shoes that can get wet, shorts or long pants, synthetic T-shirt, bathing suit/pants, towel. Dry clothes for after the excursion. Glasses wearers: Elastic for glasses or sports lenses. Sea kayak, paddle, paddle jacket, spraydeck and life jacket are provided by Unisport. Padel Tennis: Outdoor sports shoes or former indoor sports shoes (no jogging shoes), sportswear. Padel equipment is provided by Unisport. |
