Forest bathing is suitable for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature and is under stress. During forest bathing, participants immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the forest with all their senses. Forest bathing is suitable for anyone who enjoys being in nature and is under stress. Simple mindfulness exercises are taught that can be applied in everyday life in nature, which are beneficial and help in dealing with challenges and stress. The focus is on connecting with nature and immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere. In addition, there are nature resilience exercises, which can have a soothing and strengthening effect thanks to the atmosphere of nature. We need resilience to face the storms of life with strength. A day in nature for you to discover the versatile practice of mindfulness in nature and train your resilience. We will take a leisurely walk and cover approx. 4-6 km during the course.
