| Content/program | During the first four evenings of the course, you will practice boating and paddling on Lake Wohlen. On the last evening of the course, a trip on the Aare with a gentle current is on the program. If you don't complete the training on the lake, you risk not being approved to participate in the last class on the river. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | 300 meters of swimming without flotation devices. No previous paddling experience is required. |

| Equipment | Sneakers (that can get wet) or neoprene shoes, synthetic (thermal) T-shirt, swimsuit/swimming trunks, bath towel, sports bag for transporting (wet) clothes. Dry clothes to change into after the course. If you wear glasses: elastic strap for glasses or sports lenses. Kayaks, paddles, paddle jackets, spray decks, and life jackets are provided by Unisport. |
