Content/program Under the guidance of our cross-country instructors, you will be introduced to the most important techniques of cross-country skiing. You will get to know cross-country skiing with the help of games and exercises. We enjoy the network of cross-country ski trails in Goms and you travel independently by train from Bern at 09:07. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by e-mail before the course (probably Münster, Ulrichen or Oberwald). Lesson duration: approx. 2 hours. The travelling costs and the cross-country ski pass will be borne by the participants. The cross-country ski pass can be purchased online and is valid on the Fiesch-Oberwald train route.
Prerequisites for attendance

You have already gained some experience in the snow - i.e. you have already tried cross-country skiing or downhill skiing or even know how to ski or snowboard.

Participants without snow experience are requested to attend the “Skating introduction course”.

Equipment

Clothing suitable for the weather, drink for on the way, possibly cash for the cross-country ski pass, snacks, own cross-country skis, poles and boots. Equipment hire on site is possible.
