Content/program Under the guidance of our cross-country skiing instructors, you will gain your first experiences on the snow and take your first steps on cross-country skis. You will learn about cross-country skiing through games and exercises. The lesson lasts approx. 2.5 hours. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by email before the course. We will select the cross-country skiing area at short notice depending on snow conditions. Participants usually travel individually and coordinate their travel with public transport connections. Travel costs by public transport are borne by the participants.
Prerequisites for attendance

No previous experience required.

This course is aimed at people without any snow experience - i.e. those who have no experience of cross-country skiing, skiing or snowboarding.

The course is specially designed for absolute beginners.

If you already have some experience, please choose the “Skating basic course”.

Equipment Clothes adapted to the weather, something to drink, cash for the cross-country skiing trail pass or cross-country skiing trail pass, snacks, perhaps a dry T-shirt for changing after the course.
