| Content/program | The rides take place on the most beautiful, easy to moderately hilly forest paths and roads around Bern. The choice and length of the route is adapted to the fitness level of the participants. In addition to fun riding exercises, safety aspects are also discussed and applied on every ride. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | The training sessions are open to all gravel bike beginners: from beginners to experienced riders with an intermediate level of performance. |
