| Content/program | We use the skating technique and train in small groups on the magnificent cross-country ski trails in beautiful Goms. We enjoy the wonderful winter landscape and relax in the cosy Sporthotel in Oberwald. Services and costs The price includes cross-country skiing lessons and overnight accommodation including breakfast. Lunch and dinner, travel and the cross-country ski pass are not included - participants bear these costs themselves and pay them directly on site. The hotel rooms are reserved by Unisport. Arrival & return journey Arrival: Saturday, meeting point at 10:00 am directly at the accommodation. Recommended train connection from Bern: Departure 07:06, arrival in Oberwald at 09:37. Return journey: The course ends on Sunday at 15:30. Return journey from Oberwald at 16:12, arrival in Bern at 18:54. |

| Equipment | Please bring cross-country skiing clothing suitable for the weather and your own skating equipment. Equipment hire is possible on site. You should also bring the following items with you: Clothes for after cross-country skiing Toiletries Possibly a small rucksack or hip belt for lunch and drinks on the go We recommend Hisport in Oberwald for the hire of cross-country skiing equipment. Advance booking is strongly recommended. |
