| Content/program |
In the four course units, you will receive theoretical and practical input as well as various
exercises to get started with handstand training and
continuously improve your handstand and body awareness while upside down.
After the course units, you will have the opportunity to participate in the other Manege offers. |

Hold a handstand against the wall for approx. ten seconds, basic knowledge of cartwheels |
