Content/program We wake up the body with a gentle morning flow. The training includes warm-up exercises from head to toe, stretches for the upper body and legs, and relaxation for the nervous system. With the help of the cloth, you practise the asanas floating in the air and hang upside down in the room for a soothing break. The morning routine improves your flexibility in the long term. You work on strengthening and stabilising your entire body and gain energy for the whole day.
The class is a great way to start the day for both beginners and experienced participants.
