Content/program

This course will refine and develop your cross-country skiing skills. We enjoy the cross-country skiing network in Goms!

Arrive independently by train from Bern at 09:07. The exact lesson time and meeting point will be communicated by e-mail before the course (probably Münster, Ulrichen or Oberwald)Lesson duration: approx. 2 hours. The travelling costs and the cross-country ski pass will be borne by the participants. The cross-country ski pass can be purchased online and is valid on the Fiesch-Oberwald train route.

Prerequisites for attendance

Good knowledge of the skating technique; you can apply the basic techniques (1-1, 1-2, asymmetrical skate step) and are fit enough to skate for 30-45 minutes without a break!

The course is not a beginners' course!

Equipment

Clothing suitable for the weather, drink for on the way, possibly cash for the cross-country ski pass, snacks, own cross-country skis, poles and boots. Equipment hire on site is possible.
