| Content/program | Training and climbing in the climbing crag. Overnight and self-sufficiency in the Heftihütte. We buy dinner (veggie) and breakfast for everyone. Please leave some space in your backpack... CHF 24,- for SAC members and CHF 30,- for non-members. Additional share of dinner and breakfast. For organizational reasons, we ask you to bring the amount in cash with you. Timetable and meeting point: Bern from 7.36 a.m., Sörenberg, Hirsegg at 8.52 a.m. Latest meeting point at the postbus stop Sörenberg, Hirsegg. Return still open. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | Experience from an indoor climbing course B. Climbing experience on rock is not absolutely necessary. We form two level groups. Climbing level from 4b. Condition for the ascent to the Heftihütte (2-2.5 hours). |

| Equipment | Everyone takes with them: climbing harness, climbing fins, helmet, Webbing sling 120cm or standing sling, short prusik, Abseil brake/belay device (e.g. Grigri, Reverso, ATC, Mega or Giga Jul, abseil eight at least 3 screw carabiners without wire brackets (including 1 HMS), 6-7 Express, 1 cord 5mm in diameter and approx. 5m long Single rope (Please indicate when registering whether you can bring a rope). Hiking boots with good rubber soles, clothing for warm and cold, dry and wet hours, sun protection, possibly gloves and a hat. Silk sleeping bag, toothbrush, ear plugs, small pocket pharmacy with personal medication, bandage and blister plaster, Snacks for on the go and drinking bottle. |
