| Content/program | In Trampoline ABC, you learn the basics of trampolining from experienced coaches in the UNIK Playground trampoline hall. From the stretch jump to the sit, back and belly jumps, you'll learn the different variations. The most important braking and falling manoeuvres are also taught. The aim is for you to be able to move safely on the trampoline and lay a good foundation for more difficult jumps. |
