| Content/program | The rides take place on the most beautiful, easy to moderately hilly roads around Bern. The choice and length of the route is adapted to the fitness level of the participants. In addition to fun riding exercises, safety aspects are discussed and applied on every ride. |
| Prerequisites for attendance | The training sessions are open to all racing bike beginners through to experienced cyclists with an intermediate level of performance. |
