Content/program | You want to learn how to jump a 180, to switch ride or to slide down a railing? In this course our qualified snow sports instructors provide individual inputs for freestyle-newbees to learn the first tricks. Your personal technique and goals will be prioritesed. Of course there will also be room for individuall rides down the slopes. As a rule, the journey takes place individually and is always coordinated with a public transport connection. Occasionally we travel by *minibus. We stay at the Kurs- und Sportzentrum (KUSPO) Lenk. The price includes:

Prerequisites for attendance | This course is aimed at everyone interested in freestyle-skiing. Your experience level in freestyle skiing is not important, all levels are welcome. However, you have to have a solid regular ski technique (be able to safely ride advanced slopes). |

Equipment | Please come in appropriate and own ski clothing/equipment (ski, skiboots, gloves, sunglasses or ski goggles). Twin tip skis are beneficial for freestyle skiing, we highly recommend those. University sports does not provide snow sports equipment. Wearing a helmet is compulsory. We recommend wearing a back armor as additional protective equipment as well. |
