Content/program

In this workshop, Dirk Mewes uses easy-to-learn mental techniques to show

  • how to programme your personal calm code so you can immediately step off the stress merry-go-round,
  • how to achieve optimal mental preparation for challenging situations,
  • how to mentally support desired changes and goals, and
  • how to quickly switch off after a demanding activity and replenish your own resources.

We regularly train our muscle strength, flexibility and endurance. Why don't we regularly train our mental strength? We can prevent stress and its accompanying symptoms. Our focus becomes sharper and life's efforts become easier for us.

The workshop is aimed at people who want to remain productive and mentally healthy in the long term despite physical and psychological challenges.

Participants

  • program their own relaxation code to support emotion regulation,
  • learn a mental technique with which they can visualise work and training processes, changes and goal achievement, and
  • are given mental tools to replenish their own resources and improve their focus.
